LEAD FOR US
HOW TO APPLY
The application process consists of a written application and resume, three references and a video interview. Our leader hiring team aims to find a good fit between an applicant and a trip, as well as between co-leaders. We invite you to apply and look forward to getting to know you.
Our application deadline for this year is April 1st. We accept applications on a rolling basis, and will review all applications received (even after April 1st!)
A preliminary interview is a good opportunity to learn more before you apply. Please email Tyler@BackyardBasecamp.com to schedule a phone call or video call where we can get to know you and explain a bit more about Backyard Basecamp’s mission and programs. This is also a great way to stand out in our application pool!
